    After 2 hours, we cannot update this information, but if your order is shipped by UPS, you may be able to make any necessary changes with them directly using UPS My Choice.

    As a rule, large, oversized items and those delivered by special or white glove carriers do not qualify for Free Shipping or Free Returns. Oversized furniture $199 and up is subject to higher shipping costs, which are added to your order at checkout. An item is considered oversized if it weighs more than 150 lbs., its longest side is more than 105 inches, or its girth is more than 165 inches. Girth = longest side + (width x 2) + (depth x 2).
